SPS Spiral Stabilization | Discovery · Foundation · Certificate

Spiral Stabilization (SPS) is a Czech exercise method developed by Dr Richard Smíšek that works with the body’s natural vertical and spiral muscle chains. Through breath coordination and mindful movement, SPS builds spinal stability literacy — helping you understand how your body moves, aligns, and supports itself from the inside out.

At AWRTC, we offer a complete SPS learning pathway — whether you are exploring for the first time or pursuing professional certification:

  • Discovery & Scoliosis Workshops – Introductory experiential sessions to meet the SPS system and spiral-chain movement concept
  • Foundation Training Classes – Ongoing upper and lower body classes to build fundamental SPS movements and breathing coordination into your regular practice
  • International Certificate Course – 4-day professional certification taught by Edvin Chu, Hong Kong’s first official SPS certified trainer, awarding the official Czech Course 1 certificate
  • SPS Exercise Equipment Kit – Authentic Smíšek elastic cord, balance mat, and exercise poles for home and class practice

All classes and workshops are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Suitable for all levels, including seniors, desk workers, and pre- and postnatal women.
