Legal notice — Awareness Wellness Resources & Training Centre (AWRTC)

This notice applies to www.awrtc.com, AWRTC classes and visits, AHAmatrix / AHAtribe names, membership, technology tools, and products sold through this site.
Together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, it sets out how this platform may be used.

1. Who operates this platform

AWRTC is an education, training and wellness-resources platform.
We publish learning content, run experience classes, courses and events, offer membership, and provide access to selected technology and products.

AHAmatrix is an educational framework (Authenticity · Harmony · Actualization).
AHAtribe is the partner and community layer (Amplifying Health Awareness).
These names are not a hospital, clinic, medical scheme or insurance product.

2. What this platform is not
AWRTC is not a hospital, clinic or registered medical practice.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Nothing here replaces a licensed doctor, dentist, Chinese medicine practitioner, laboratory, pharmacist or hospital.

If an independent instructor or practitioner offers a session through this platform, that person is responsible for their own professional work. AWRTC provides booking, venue and platform only. AWRTC is not that person’s clinic.

3. How we describe services (Hong Kong law)
We present classes, tools and products as education and general wellness support.
We do so in line with the Undesirable Medical Advertisements Ordinance (Cap. 231).
We do not claim to treat, cure or prevent disease.
We do not guarantee a health outcome.

4. Classes and learning
Workshops, experience classes, talks and certificate courses are educational.
Joining or finishing a course does not make you a licensed practitioner and does not authorise you to treat others, unless a separate recognised body says so.

5. Technology screening and reports
Scans, breath tests, microbiome tests, retinal or fundus imaging, posture analysis, energy or frequency assessments, and similar tools are for awareness and education.
They are not a medical examination or diagnosis.
Results may differ from clinical tests. If a report raises a concern, see a licensed clinician.

6. Products and supplements
Food, supplements, devices and home-use items are not registered medicines unless the product page says they are.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Follow the label. Stop and seek professional advice if you feel unwell.

7. Membership
Membership gives access to learning and community resources as described at purchase.
It is not medical care and does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

8. Personal data
Personal data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy, under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

9. Bookings, payment, refunds and delivery
A booking is confirmed only after payment, unless we write otherwise.
Cancellation, transfer and refund follow the Return and Refund Policy.
We do not ship as a standard service. Collection and class venues follow the Shipping Policy.

10. Intellectual property
Website content, course materials, marks (including AHA, AHAmatrix and AHAtribe), media and reports belong to AWRTC or the stated owner.
You may not copy, record or sell them without written permission.

11. Accuracy
We aim to keep information current and may correct errors.
Past dates, prices and instructor details on old posters or shares may be out of date. The product page on the date you pay is the offer.

12. Liability
You take part voluntarily.
We do not exclude liability that Hong Kong law does not allow us to exclude, including the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 571).

13. Governing law
The laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region apply.
