[Presence I: The first experience]
Starting from scratch and returning to simplicity—An actor's perception training
You used to think that acting required hard work, precise analysis, and "getting it right."
However, every time you went to an audition, casting call, or rehearsal, the more you wanted to do well, the more nervous, forceful, and disconnected from reality you felt.
Until one day, you realized:
The most important part of acting might not be "to act,"
but to perceive the present moment.
Therefore, Presence I starts from an actor's most fundamental state,
re-practicing: listening, feeling, receiving, and adapting,
allowing reactions, emotions, and characters to happen naturally in the present moment.
Over the course of 30+ hours, you will learn:
✅ Perception before action
✅ Letting go of over-analysis and trusting your intuition
✅ Building authentic connections with scene partners, the environment, and space
✅ Practicing a relaxed yet awake, creative actor state
✅ Allowing emotions to flow naturally through improvisation and text exercises
✅ Entering a steady state more reliably during auditions, casting calls, or sudden script drops
This course is suitable for:
You who want to start acting, you who rely on your brain too much while learning, you who have hit a bottleneck in your acting, or you who want to learn to express yourself more authentically.
