Return and Refund Policy — Awareness Wellness Resources & Training Centre (AWRTC)

This policy applies to classes, workshops, courses, experience sessions, membership and services booked on www.awrtc.com.

A. Returns (physical items)
We do not sell goods by post as a standard service, and we do not accept returns of physical items unless a product page says otherwise.
There is no 14-day or 30-day return window.

B. Refunds — courses, workshops and experience classes
After registration, course fees are non-refundable.
You may apply for a one-time transfer to another date or another AWRTC course of the same or lower value, within 6 months of the original course date. Transfer is subject to availability and AWRTC approval.
If AWRTC cannot offer a suitable class within those 6 months, a refund of the unused fee will be issued.
If AWRTC cancels a class for unforeseen reasons (including insufficient enrolment, instructor illness or venue issues), the fee paid for that cancelled class will be refunded, or you may choose to transfer.

C. Refunds — appointments and single sessions
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee
• No-show: 100% of the session fee
A compassionate exception may be considered once for sudden illness, accident, or Black Rain / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above. Supporting information may be requested.

D. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, within 14 working days after approval.
Bank or card charges charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.
Customers cannot cancel an order in the shop after checkout. Transfer or refund requests must be emailed to us.

E. Membership
Membership fees follow the terms shown at purchase. Unless a membership page says otherwise, membership fees are non-refundable once the period has started. Unused passes or credits expire as stated on that product.

F. Change of mind
Change of mind, diary clash, or choosing another provider is not a ground for refund after registration, except as stated above.
