Shipping Policy — Awareness Wellness Resources & Training Centre (AWRTC)

AWRTC provides classes, workshops, experience sessions, assessments and in-centre services in Hong Kong. We do not ship products by post or courier as a standard service.

1. How you receive what you booked
• Classes, appointments and most assessments take place at:
  6/F, Chung Fung Commercial Building, 12 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
  unless the product page says another venue or online.
• Confirmations, receipts and any digital access (for example a replay link) are sent to the email used at checkout.
• No delivery fee is charged for in-person classes or centre visits.

2. Physical items
If we sell an item that must be collected, the product page will say so.
Unless that page states otherwise:
• Collection is in person at the address above, by appointment
• We do not offer standard local or overseas shipping
• Any one-off delivery must be agreed in writing before payment

3. Lost email
If you do not receive a confirmation or access email, check junk mail first, then write to info@awrtc.com with your order number.
