This training goes beyond simple deep breathing. It focuses on the physiological mechanics and energetic pathways of the respiratory system. By training the diaphragm and managing lung volume expansion, participants learn to systematically steady the autonomic nervous system and lay a grounded foundation for progressive meditation practices.
