• Yoga Nidra is a guided, lying-down yogic-sleep practice. The body rests; a thin layer of awareness stays online.
• Autonomic literacy: practise noticing the shift from “wired” to “resting” — education, not treatment.
• Brain Wake, Body Sleep: keep awareness at the edge of rest while the body is invited to stand down.
• A method you can reuse: short cues for high-pressure weeks — not a clinical protocol.
