Jin Shin Jyutsu® 4-Day Self-Help Course
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese healing art that was rediscovered in the early 1900s by Master Jiro Murai. Based on principles found in ancient records like the Kojiki (Record of Ancient Things), the practice involves gently touching 26 "Safety Energy Locks" (SELs) to clear energetic blockages and restore harmony to the body's life energy. This non-invasive technique activates the body's innate self-healing capabilities, addressing common modern ailments such as insomnia, anxiety, and chronic pain.
While rooted in ancient wisdom, Jin Shin Jyutsu has been the subject of modern scientific and medical studies. It is integrated into the practice of integrative medicine at several institutions, including the University of Kentucky's Markey Cancer Center and California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco.
