## Attention & Regulation – Parent-Child Group (ages 6–9)
Ages 6–9, with a parent. Listen, stop, start — and find calm together.
A small parent–child music therapy group for children aged 6–9, led by registered music therapist Justin Tso. One parent joins each child for the whole session. Rhythm work and stop-go music games give parent and child a structured, predictable space to practice listening, waiting for a cue and calming down together.
Why parent and child together? When a parent and child already share a good bond, taking part side by side may make the practice more effective, and parents learn first-hand how to carry the songs, games and calming steps on at home. Every family is different; if you are unsure which group suits your child, ask the therapist or book an individual assessment first.
