In this 3-hour introductory you will learn somatic breathing techniques, engage the body and balance nervous system. Our experienced instructor, Joanne, will guide us to foster deep connection of awareness and the body. The workshop combines traditional TCM wisdom with scientific insights on neuroplasticity and somatization, you will gain practical tools to release emotional tension, rebalance your energy, and nurture your mental and physical health.
