Numbers of sessions: 24 sessions

This exercise was created based on the correspondence between the 24 Solar Terms and the human body's meridians. It follows the natural rhythms, using movement to guide the flow of Qi; and using stillness to preserve the spirit and harmonize Yin and Yang.

These two aspects of movement & stillness complement each other, embodying the wisdom of "harmony between man and nature" in health preservation.
The circulation of Qi in the human body is closely related to the waxing and waning of Yin and Yang in nature. During specific solar terms, specific movements are used to regulate the corresponding meridians, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing and treating various health conditions.
