仁神術 (Jin Shin Jyutsu) 是一種古老的日本療癒藝術,由村井次郎大師 (Master Jiro Murai) 於二十世紀初重新發現。

仁神術基於《古事記》 (Kojiki) 等古代文獻中記載的原理,其實踐方法涉及輕柔觸摸 26 個「安全能量鎖」 (Safety Energy Locks, SELs),以清除能量阻塞,並恢復身體生命能量的和諧。

這種非侵入性的技術能啟動身體固有的自癒能力,解決諸如失眠、焦慮和慢性疼痛等常見的現代病症。

Learning Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) with AWRTC offers a unique combination of an authorized, expert-led curriculum and a supportive, modern wellness philosophy.

The course is taught by Dr. Caio Ng (Ng Iok Tong), a Jin Shin Jyutsu® Certified Practitioner and the only authorized Self‑Help Instructor teaching in Cantonese. Dr. Ng has devoted nine years to the study and practice of this healing art, with the past six years with his expertise in engineering systems thinking to create scientifically grounded energy therapy approaches.

This unique background blends a deep respect for the art of JSJ with a rigorous, scientific mindset, providing students with a rich and credible learning experience.

專業背景:
- 工程力學博士
- 仁神術 (Jin Shin Jyutsu®) 認證執行師及獲授權自救課程導師

吳博士 (Dr. Ciao Ng) 擁有工程力學博士學位,並曾擔任大學教授超過二十三年,專注於工程系統領域的進階教學與研究。

作為一位仁神術認證治療師,他亦是香港唯一獲授權以廣東話教授仁神術自助課程的導師。吳博士已投入九年時間鑽研和實踐這門療癒藝術,並在過去六年,運用其工程系統思維的專業知識,創建出具備科學理據的能量治療方法。

現時,他擔任身心療癒高級研究導師,負責設計和教授自癒課程、指導學生,並領導跨學科研究,將工程力學與能量醫學互相結合。他的工作成功地將嚴謹的科學方法論與仁神術的哲學理念相結合,為個人提供度身訂造的身心健康方案,並推動香港整體健康 (Holistic Health) 產業的發展。

Why is Jin Shin Jyutsu a unique healing modality?

Jin Shin Jyutsu is unique for its gentle, light-touch method that uses specific hand placements on "safety energy locks" (SELs) to harmonize the body's energy, promoting a profound sense of deep relaxation and internal balance. Unlike acupuncture or acupressure, it uses no needles or deep pressure, relying instead on a simple, non-invasive "energetic jump-start" using the hands as "jumper cables" to restore the flow of vital energy, which can alleviate stress, pain, nausea, and emotional distress.

Key Unique Aspects:

Non-invasive Gentle Touch:

The primary method is light, gentle pressure applied to specific points, with the individual fully clothed.

"Safety Energy Locks" (SELs):
Practitioners hold these specific points on the body, similar to acupoints, but without pressure or massage, to release energy blockages.
