Sōtai Technique (日本操體運動技巧 / 操體) is a Japanese movement method shaped by physician Keizo Hashimoto. In class you compare how the two sides of a simple motion feel (動診 / dōshin), then move toward the more comfortable direction, match the breath, pause, and release.
