In daily life, the spine in individuals with scoliosis is easily affected by gravity, prolonged sitting or poor posture, leading to misalignment and twisting. This can impact overall posture, resulting in uneven shoulders, pelvic tilt or waist asymmetry. In more severe cases, it may cause progressive back pain, impaired cardiopulmonary function, and even pose significant health risks.

Breakthrough Against Gravity:

The SPS (Spiral Stabilization) technique is a training method that promotes spinal stability by activating the body’s spiral muscle chains. This technique encourages longitudinal traction on the spine and engages active elongation of the paravertebral muscles, helping to counteract the compressive forces of gravity on the spine and achieving an “anti-gravity decompression” effect. It is particularly suitable for individuals with scoliosis.

Interested in learning more about how to use SPS techniques to enhance spinal stability?
